I’m the founder of Small Charity Leaders, and I help small charity leaders feel more confident, make more impact, and rediscover the joy in their work.

Small charities are my sole focus, and with 20 years in the sector (and all its chaos, purpose, and pressure), I know what it actually takes to run an impactful charity without losing yourself in the process.

Small charity leaders work with me to get the knowledge, tools, solidarity, and community they need to do more good - without burning out (oh and CICs, you're welcome here too.)

I also work with funders and infrastructure organisations who want to better support the small charities they serve — through specialist training and dedicated small charity communities.
